About This Blog

This blog was created because I was recently diagnosed with GERD’s and I can’t really find any information about all the symptoms and lifestyle changes. I’ve had crazy symptoms for a while but never putting it together with acid reflux till I started having a hard time swallowing and went to the doctor. With millions of people having GERD’s but not realizing it I’m hoping when they find out they can use this site as some help to get answers. This is my journey through what I call the upper part of my plumbing system.
